What does the role of executor entail?
As an executor at A.Hak Warmte, you are involved in renovation, new construction or maintenance projects for the installation of underground pipes for district heating. Your work areas are mainly located in Zuid-Holland , Westland and the Randstad. Your tasks include:

• Leading teams working on district heating projects, striving for unity and efficiency through your pragmatic approach and insight into people.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the construction site.
• Maintaining contacts with subcontractors and clients at various levels.
• Closely monitor the cost budget during project implementation and report weekly. If necessary, make adjustments in consultation with the main executor or project leader to maintain the scope.
• Guaranteeing quality and ensuring that the work meets the set quality requirements through regular inspections and intervention if necessary.

With your direct approach and insight into people, you ensure harmony within your team. The ideal candidate excels in stress resistance and flexibility, ready to switch effortlessly and flourish in dynamic working environments. You are assertive and strong in planning and organizing. You also have:

• Minimum MBO level, preferably in the field of technology or infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience as an (assistant) operator in infrastructure.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as VCA and ARBO.
• Driving License B.
