As a Business Customer Expert at Eneco, you play a crucial role in creating an excellent customer experience and contribute to the growth of the customer base. With your focus on the customer journey, you work towards collective success over individual results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring satisfied customers through excellent service and accurate administrative handling.
  • Independently handle non-complex customer questions and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Building an internal network to collaborate smoothly with different departments.
  • Continuously develop in the field of knowledge, skills and competencies.

Your day starts with a team stand-up, in which you coordinate the day with your team. You then start answering customer questions. You also investigate matters that require extra attention and carefully process the administration.

You start with an 8-week training, consisting of theoretical components, explanations about systems such as Umax or Polaris and practical training on the job. During the training we also use the hybrid working principle. We expect you to be available at least 32 hours per week during the training period.

About the client

You will work within Customer Care - Business, a dynamic department that is always on the move. You will end up in an open, transparent environment with enthusiastic colleagues. You are part of an operational team within Eneco Business, where close collaboration and continuous feedback are central. Within Eneco Business there are 6 operational teams, where you work closely with the results team to take the service to a higher level. The team currently consists of approximately 5 highly experienced colleagues. They work according to the agile working method, which ensures a continuous feedback loop within the team and with stakeholders. You will also work with a Team Coach, who supports you in your collaboration and promotes your personal development.

What we offer you:

  • Hourly wage of €17.15 gross per hour.
  • A laptop provided by Eneco.
  • Travel allowance based on €0.11/km or full public transport reimbursement.

What we ask of you:

The ideal candidate is customer and service oriented, has strong analytical skills and thinks in terms of possibilities. In addition, we ask:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in customer contact, administrative handling and teamwork.
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language.
  • Independence and proactivity, essential for effective working from home.
