We are looking for an administrative employee for a financial client in Amersfoort . You will work within the Funding & Order team. The team consists of approximately 24 people and together you ensure the complete handling of the lease contracts. The Funding & Order department assesses whether a file is complete and ensures that the correct car is ordered. In addition, the file is completed in the system and invoicing starts.
Your day starts with a day start together with your colleagues. The successes, difficult issues and KPIs are discussed. Then you start with your administrative tasks. These include processing the contracts, ordering the cars and registering and processing the resulting invoices and collections. The department works with both business and private customers. In addition, there is a lot of interaction with partners, such as dealers.
The client offers financial, insurance, leasing and mobility products that are specifically tailored to the automotive sector. The client belongs to one of the largest leasing companies of Nederland .
