Forklift driver

As a forklift driver at our customer, you are responsible for the efficient and safe movement of raw materials, consumables and end products within the warehouse and production facility. You ensure that raw materials and end products are placed in the right location and that production lines are supplied on time. You also perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining stock data in the system, and you are responsible for the maintenance of the rolling stock.

Our client has more than 30 years of experience in the field of dog and cat food and is one of the largest pet food manufacturers in Europe. 

What we offer you:

For this position they offer:

• a gross monthly salary between €2,393 and €2,793 (depending on knowledge and experience), 
• based on a 38-hour working week in a 3 shift system. 
• You will receive a shift allowance of 18.33%.

• In addition, you will have the opportunity to optimally develop yourself in the professional area. A personal budget is available for this. 

You will initially get started via Actief Werkt Meppel . We like to act quickly, have a personal approach and offer suitable solutions. Do you like the customer? Then you will be taken over on your own contract within the foreseeable future! 

What we ask of you:

• MBO3 working and thinking level.
• In possession of a forklift certificate and preferably also a reach truck certificate.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
• Knowledge and experience with HACCP and IFS.
• Preferably experience with SAP/Warehouse Management.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Team player with an eye for accuracy and a proactive attitude.
