Construction worker

Are you a handy construction worker who likes to take on a lot of responsibility? Then this position could be perfect for you!

This company is looking for someone with experience in the construction sector, a team player who also has an affinity with wood. As a construction worker you are responsible for manufacturing wooden molds, installing reinforcement and pouring concrete. You also act as the point of contact for your team leader. In fact, you are responsible for at least four colleagues within your team. It is your job to ensure that everyone complies with the regulations and that safety is of paramount importance. In addition, you ensure a tidy workplace. The ability to read technical drawings is also essential so that you have a good understanding of what a project will look like.

About the client

Our client operates in the production and trade of prefab concrete elements, so a passion for this sector is necessary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, during the day shift, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What we offer you:

• Salary between €2900 and €3300 gross based on 40 hours
• 8.33% holiday pay.
• 25 vacation days based on 40 hours.

What we ask of you:

• MBO working and thinking level and at least a completed VMBO education.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the production environment.
• You can read drawings.
• You are in possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one).
• You are prepared to make an assessment (this is part of the selection procedure).
