For us it's all about you! As an Administrative Assistant, you are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly. From contracts to communication, you are the key to success.

You check and coordinate contracts and ensure that they meet all requirements. Your commitment guarantees that our products and systems are delivered perfectly to our customers. You will have close contact with our team, mainly via telephone and Teams. We would like to welcome you to the office on Wednesday and Thursday, but you can work from home for the rest of the week.

Your main tasks include:

  • Ordering supplies and maintaining document management systems;
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and perform basic accounting duties;
  • Archiving and retrieving business documents, records and reports;
  • Opening, sorting and processing incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails;
  • Prepare responses for correspondence with routing questions.

What we ask of you:

In addition to a proactive attitude and a passion for administrative processes, we ask:

  • Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Flexibility and independence in working;
  • Availability for at least 32-40 hours per week;
  • Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
