Operator

As an operator you are responsible for ensuring that the latest and automated machines run smoothly. 

Your day consists of:

• Closely monitoring the quality and efficiency of production processes;
• Proactively solving malfunctions and carrying out preventive maintenance on the machines;
• Carrying out careful quality checks to ensure that the products meet the highest standards;
• Documenting important data and ensuring a smooth transfer to colleagues on the next shift.

About the client

An international player in the food industry. Innovation and quality are central. You will work with the latest technologies in a team that strives for perfection.

You will work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

What we offer you:

• A salary between €2,700 and €3,000 gross per month, including shift allowances;
• 20-30% shift allowance;
• A travel allowance of € 0.23 per km, up to 30 km;
• Possibility for development and training;
• After six months there is a chance for a permanent contract with the company;
• Holiday pay 8.33% and 5 weeks holiday accrual per year; 
• Pension accrual from the first working day.

What we ask of you:

• Living near Heerenveen ;
• You can be deployed flexibly in 2 shifts;
• You have experience in the food industry or as an operator in another industry;
• You are interested in developing into an expert in this field;
