As an HR employee, you and your manager ensure that everything in HR runs smoothly. You have daily contact with employees and managers for this. It is therefore important that you are a social person, since you are in daily contact with your colleagues in the company. You enjoy having a lot of variety in your work. It is also your responsibility to have your HR administration in order. You keep everything up to date in the Exact HR Online program. And you are concerned with various topics such as vacation days, absenteeism due to illness and all activities surrounding inflow, throughflow and outflow within the company.
The work takes place during office hours. The working hours are in consultation, so we will certainly work out that. The work location is easily accessible by public transport and/or private transport. The vacancy is for 20-24 hours per week.
You work together with the HR manager and as a person you have to stand on your own feet. The customer is looking for someone who knows how to tackle things and picks up new information quickly. A total of 160 employees work there, so there is plenty to do.
