As the spider in the web, you ensure that no question remains unanswered and every order is handled perfectly. You achieve this by:

  • Answering telephone questions and processing incoming emails.
  • You ensure that orders are processed properly and end up in the right departments.
  • You will process corrections in the accounting.

About the client

They are the key player in the field of dental hygiene in the Benelux. Their mission: improve oral health. Work together with passionate colleagues in a culture where initiative is valued and a healthy smile is central. You have the option to work 32 hours per week, but a 40-hour working week is also among the options. The working days are from Monday to Friday and the times are negotiable. You start the day together with a cup of coffee and then you get to work to achieve the best customer experience. We also have a nice lunch together and there is a joint kick-off every six months. This team looks at the qualities in which you excel, and there is also room for the competencies you want to develop.

What we offer you:

As an employee in the customer service department you can count on:

  • You earn a salary between € 2,600 and € based on 40 hours per week, depending on age and experience.
  • You will immediately receive a contract with this client.
  • You are entitled to travel expenses reimbursement and there are nice bonuses you can get.
  • You will work in a social and open team where you will really enjoy yourself. 
  • You are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year.

What we ask of you:

As a customer service employee you take the following things with you:

  • You have at least MBO level 4 work and thinking level. 
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language and if you speak a word of French, that is a bonus.
  • You have experience with office systems.
  • You have a proactive attitude and the will to make the work your own.
