Student Baker

Do you enjoy working in the baking industry and do you have technical insight? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! 

As a student baker you learn how to set up the baking process properly, you keep an eye on everything and make adjustments where necessary. But you will not only learn how to bake perfectly, but also everything about the ingredients, machines and conditions that influence the final product. As a student baker, you ensure that all products that leave our bakery meet all requirements.

What are you going to learn?

• Check ingredients 
• Set machines for even dough.
•  product quality Check.
•  fix minor glitches.
• Identify process improvements.

Who are you?

• You are enthusiastic about gaining practical experience and enjoy contributing to daily fresh bread for everyone. 
• you can work well together and working together in a team gives you pleasure! 
• You are open to changes and can work 38 hours a week, even in varying shifts.

We are a family business that has been baking and delivering fresh bread to our customers every day since 1895. 

What we offer you:

• The initial hourly wage is € 13.67 and will be increased by 5.00% on June 1, 2024.
• You will also receive extra allowances on top of your regular salary for work in evenings, nights or weekends!
• This position offers opportunities for a permanent long-term contract.

What we ask of you:

• Experience in the baking or food industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Physically able to perform tasks associated with the baking process, such as lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
