Customer-service employee

In this fun, varied position you are the company's calling card and the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. You operate the telephone exchange and carefully handle telephone and email traffic. You also take care of all questions from customers/suppliers and ensure that these questions are handled in the correct customer-friendly manner.

Interface is the world leader in modular flooring and supplies an integrated collection of carpet tiles and resilient flooring, consisting of luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and nora® rubber flooring.

What we offer you:

• A very good salary, depending on your knowledge and experience. Range is between €2950 and €3950 full-time gross per month;

• Ability to start quickly;

What we ask of you:

• You are available for 32-40 hours at short notice;
• You have experience in a similar position;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
