Logistics employee

As a logistics employee at Royal FloraHolland, you play a major role in the logistics process at the flower auction. You start your day at 5:45 am with a cup of coffee or tea, after which you will be present at the start of the day at 6:00 am. Here you will hear everything about what makes this day special and how you can play your part in this. After starting the day with your colleagues, you get on your electric tractor and grab the first cart of flowers of your day. You know how to get all the flowers to the right orders quickly and securely. Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM your working day is over and you can enjoy your afternoon.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Order picking the flowers
• Checking the orders
• Accurately transporting the flowers to the right carts

About the client

You will get started via Actief Werkt! at the largest flower auction in the world, Royal FloraHolland. They have been connecting growers and buyers of flowers and plants for more than 100 years. With an area of ​​740 by 700 meters, it is also the largest building in Europe. About 2,000 employees work here every day, making it possible to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
