Operator

Are you looking for a job in 2 or 3 shifts in Giessen ? Do you have experience in (food) production and are you ready for a new challenge? Then you might be the operator we are looking for! 

As an oven & pasta line operator, you are the key figure in the process from raw peanuts to high-quality peanut products. You are responsible for operating the machines professionally and optimizing various workplaces on the production lines. You will work on the oven and pasta line, on this line you have different workplaces with different tasks; 

Your tasks at these workplaces are: 

• Carefully setting the oven based on customer wishes and product specifications.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting the oven settings for consistent quality.
• Carrying out interim quality checks to ensure the quality of the product.
• Operating machines that grind peanuts into high-quality peanut paste.
• Closely monitoring the grinding process and making adjustments where necessary.
• Producing the desired peanut paste according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Carefully mixing and processing ingredients for optimal taste and consistency.
• Carrying out detailed quality checks on the peanut products produced.
• Reporting deviations and proactively contributing to quality improvements.

Working hours in 2 shifts are: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:15 to 22:45.  In 3 shifts:  06:00 to 14:10 and 14:00 to 22:10 and 22:00 to 06:10.

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A starting salary between € 2.300 - € 2.637 gross per month;
• Career opportunities to operator or cooperating foreman;
• Surcharges outside working hours from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, up to 150%;
• A thirteenth month;
• Travel allowance from 10 km of € 0.23 per km;
